Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Full Time: Mon. - Fri. (09:00 am. - 6:00 pm.)
Salary: USD 6,000 - 10,000 per month (before tax)
Responsibilities
Formulate the annual human resources work plan and implementation according to the company's development strategy and goals.
Formulate and improve the company's overall rules and regulations, and implement human resources rules, regulations, and procedures.
Formulate and improve the performance appraisal management system and overview the implementation following the performance management system.
Formulate and improve the recruitment procedure, training procedure, salary and performance management policy, personnel filing management, employee handbook, and other rules and regulations.
Establish communication channels and effective salary, benefits, and related incentive policy, conduct regular employee meeting, organize and collect employees' ideas and suggestions, and constantly improve the salary and benefit policy suitable for the company's development.
Formulate and improve the company's training plan, conduct research and evaluation on the training effect, and supervise various departments to carry out training work.
Coordinating internal and external relations, actively communicating with employees, helping various departments to establish positive employee relations, and handling various matters related to labor contracts and HR matters.
Formulate and improve the company's corporate culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, management, or related majors.
10 years and above of working experience as a human resources manager or at least 3 years of working experience as a human resources director.
Possess training capabilities in human resource strategic management, organizational change management, and management development.
Familiar with the daily management workflow of human resources; have rich practical experience in strategic planning of human resources, introduction of talents, design of salary and benefits, performance incentive management, staff training, staff career development, etc.
Familiar with contract law, salary policy, employment management, benefits policy, training and other laws, regulations and policies.
Possess strong management ability, excellent organizational ability and analysis and judgment ability.
Possess good communication, coordination, team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and work aggressively and committing.
English and Chinese professional proficiency.
