Sales Director (General insurance)

Job responsibilities:

• Expand social networks through various methods to develop Chinese corporate clients in Phnom Penh, including activities, networks etc.

• Provide specialist insurance service including customer needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfillment, and follow up.

• Proactively build and continuously improve sales enabling tools to effectively communicate benefits of insurance products.

• Manage customer insurance portfolio to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction and persistency through post-sales and ongoing customer engagement.

• Ensure self and team activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and meets company standards and procedures.

• Manage local Chinese sales team sales team and improve team sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Male / Female, 25 - 45 years old

• Chinese nationality only

• Excellent command of Chinese and basic communication in English

• 5+ years of sales experience in General Insurance
