Location: Bangkok Business Center, Sukhumvit 63
Full Time: Mon - Fri (09:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.)
Salary: 35k - 50k THB
Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Organize and manage the GM's professional calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Aid in preparing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
Translate insurance business-related documents from Thai to English.
Act as a liaison and networking between the GM and other staff members, clients, and stakeholders when necessary.
Monitor staff performance
Personal Support:
Coordinate and manage personal schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the GM.
Handle all personal-related tasks, including home and car arrangements, reservations, and personal errands.
Manage and maintain personal files, records, and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Administrative Support:
Assist in managing office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Oversee general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and office supply management.
Ensure the smooth running of the office by maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and assistance when necessary.
Implement and maintain effective office systems, procedures, and protocols.
Help coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
Other tasks assigned by Management.
Qualifications
24-35 years old
Both male and female
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Fluent in English. Chinese will be an advantage.
1 – 2 years experience as a secretary or personal assistant or in the insurance industry.
Others:
Experience in the insurance business or financial background is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and Presentation skills, Interpersonal skills, Positive working attitude, able to work under pressure, and good problem-solving skills.
